Insurance Benefits:

WFH Benefits:

  • Setting up a home desk can be a daunting task. In absence of a proper desk, the employees would end up sitting on the bed and or a place which starts affecting their health if seated for long hours. In order to ensure our employee's good health we have launched work from home benefits that would enable employees to purchase proper chairs/desks to allow them to have proper ergonomic seating.

  • Gratuity : Post 5 years of continuous service with the group, gratuity is paid at the time of settlement as per the rules
  • Employer NPS : It gives exemption in the Tax benefit by opting till 10% max of Basic. Employer is fully exempted under section 80CCD2
  • Leave Encashment : Accumulated leaves will be encashed at the time of Settlement according to the company policy.

  • Wellness Webinar Series : To support our employees in staying fit both mentally as well as physically. We launched Wellness Webinars on topics like Health and Nutrition, Covid-19 Care, Yoga, Sleep Disorder, Emotional Intelligence, etc. Industry and domain experts take the virtual sessions for our employees and help them with the right information to stay safe and healthy during the pandemic. COVID task force has been formed in order to help employees with correct information on COVID resources and an inventory is also being created to help our employees in times of distress.
  • Employee Assistance Programme : HR at Lendingkart aims is to ensure that we are there to hear and help out our employees. To deal with the Emotional turmoils and stress levels that employees are dealing with during the Pandemic, we kicked off the employee assistance program (EAP) an employee benefit initiative that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental. EAPs generally offer free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services for employees.
